I've been a fan of designer Houstina Summers ever since I joined Chictopia awhile back. Words that come to mind are fresh, young, and definitely chic, and with it all being handmade by her I give her even more praise. With all the forever 21's and Urban Outfitter's out there pumping out trendwear to the masses, its refrshing to see someone trying to break out and be original.
